Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Head to lead the Human Resources function. The role will be responsible for driving HR strategy, managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and building a strong employee engagement framework across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have experience in manpower-intensive industries such as security services, facility management, or staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead and mentor the HR team across locations
- Partner with leadership on organizational planning and workforce strategy
- Drive performance management and leadership development initiatives
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and field positions
- Develop hiring strategies for bulk and lateral hiring
- Build talent pipelines for critical roles
- Monitor recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency
- HR Operations & Payroll
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, confirmations, and exits
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and attendance management
- Supervise HRMS implementation and process improvements
- Manage compensation benchmarking and salary structures
- Policy Formulation & Implementation
- Develop and update HR policies and SOPs
- Ensure standardization of HR processes across branches
- Drive employee handbook and policy communication
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design employee engagement initiatives across sites
- Drive retention and employee satisfaction programs
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
- Promote positive workplace culture
- Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
- Handle disciplinary cases and domestic enquiries
- Coordinate with legal consultants on labour matters
- Manage audits related to HR and compliance
- Performance Management
- Implement KPI-based performance management system
- Drive appraisal cycles and increment planning
- Support business leaders in performance improvement plans
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience with at least 3-5 years in leadership role
- Experience in security, manpower, facility management, or staffing industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Experience handling large workforce
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
