Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for the Head of Human Resources at Infiniti Building Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The Head of HR will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and practices, ensuring a productive and inclusive workplace. Responsibilities include overseeing employee relations, managing labor and employment compliance, training programs, and ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with organizational goals. The role also entails advising leadership on HR matters, fostering a positive workplace culture, and managing a team of HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership on organizational growth and workforce planning.
  • Build scalable HR frameworks for a multi-location project organization.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead hiring for technical, project delivery, and leadership roles.
  • Develop strong talent pipelines for ELV, Fire Safety, BMS, and Engineering functions.
  • Partner with business heads to plan manpower for ongoing and upcoming projects.

3. Performance Management

  • Design and drive KPI-based performance management systems.
  • Implement goal setting, appraisal cycles, and performance improvement plans.
  • Align performance metrics with project delivery and revenue goals.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Build a strong performance-driven and collaborative culture.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives across sites and offices.
  • Improve employee retention and satisfaction levels.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee payroll, attendance, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and audits.
  • Maintain HRMS systems and employee records.

6. Learning & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and implement training programs for technical & leadership teams.
  • Drive leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Promote continuous learning culture across the organization.

7. Compensation & Benefits

  • Design competitive compensation structures aligned with industry standards.
  • Manage salary benchmarking, incentives, and retention strategies.
  • Support budgeting and cost optimization.

8. Organizational Development

  • Drive organizational structure, role clarity, and career progression frameworks.
  • Lead change management initiatives during business expansion.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
  • 12–18 years of HR experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or project-based industries
  • Strong experience in talent acquisition for technical roles
  • Exposure to multi-location workforce management
  • Hands-on experience in both strategic and operational HR
  • Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices, along with HR Management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to ensure compliance and manage associated challenges.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Excellent skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities to effectively manage HR teams and interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Educational qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in working within the technology, infrastructure, or similar industries is advantageous.
