Conceptualize the HR Strategy in alignment with business direction
- Formulate HR policies & practices that build a positive work environment in line with local laws and regulations
- Promote an organization culture that supports the overall HR strategy and company values
Formulate and Lead performance management & rewards, learning & development, talent management and operations as per business requirements
- Institutionalise a performance culture by focusing on goal setting, timely performance reviews and feedback
- Ensure that the Local HR team adheres to the Performance Management Cycle and timelines
Formalise talent acquisition policies
- Design and ensure that the Local HR team adheres to the recruitment policy and TAT for all positions
- Conducting final interviews for hirings across locations
Conceptulize talent management strategy and facilitate employee development programs to build employee capability as per business requirements
- Build culture of knowledge sharing by facilitating trainings within and across departments in consultation with the leadership team.
Analytics and MIS
- Provide a monthly HR dashboard to the President that captures all key metrics and components that define the HR function.
Creation of HR scorecard and ensure achievement of the performance measures against the targets
- Set the HR performance targets in line with the global HR scorecard and establish the measurement criteria for the same
- Check the progress against the scorecard at regular intervals and modify targets and criteria for evaluation in the event of any unforeseen changes in the market conditions
Grievance Management and Redressal
- Continuously encourage local HR and HODs to interact with employees and understand the pulse.
- Address employee grievances to enhance the motivational level of the employees
- Ensure high engagement levels of the team
