Job Description

We are hiring for a leading manufacturing organization, for an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function and partner closely with business leadership in driving organizational growth, talent strategy, workforce effectiveness, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and execute the organization's talent acquisition strategy to support current and future business needs.
  • Lead end-to-end hiring across plant operations, engineering, commercial, supply chain, and corporate functions.
  • Build robust talent pipelines for critical and leadership positions.
  • Partner with business leaders on manpower planning, workforce forecasting, and succession planning.

HR Business Partnering

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to the leadership team.
  • Align people initiatives with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Provide guidance on organizational effectiveness, capability building, and talent management.

Performance & Talent Management

  • Drive performance management frameworks and talent review processes.
  • Lead leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Identify and develop high-potential talent across the organization.

Employee Relations & Industrial Relations

  • Foster a positive employee relations environment across corporate and manufacturing locations.
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Collaborate with plant leadership on workforce management and employee concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR governance standards.

HR Operations & Transformation

  • Strengthen HR processes, policies, and systems.
  • Drive HR digitization and process improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize people analytics and HR metrics to support business decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing organizations.
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Exposure to plant HR and industrial relations will be advantageous.
