SOPAN is a rapidly growing organization focused on EPC Projects, Asset Operation & Maintenance and allied services across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Process Industries, Automotive etc. With a team size of nearly 2500 personnel spread across multiple locations pan-India, we are looking for a dynamic & entrepreneurial individual to lead the HR function for the organization.
Responsibilities
A) Talent Management
- Develop the annual & quarterly hiring plan based on organisation strategy & AOP.
- Identify & act on the manpower requirements arising from time to time.
- Plan & manage recruitment across lateral hiring, campus recruitments, job portals as well as through recruitment consultants.
- Achieve the desired turn-around time for closing positions.
- Succession planning across hierarchies in the organisation.
- Management of talent transfer across functions and exits.
B) Compensation, Benefits & Employee Motivation
- Salary structuring & benchmarking
- Payroll management
- Design & implement reward & recognition/ employee benefit schemes
- Design & implement employee engagement initiatives
C) Performance Management System
- Conduct periodic appraisal process.
- Goal setting exercise based on mapping with the organisation's goals and targets.
- Competency mapping and establishing clarity on roles & responsibility across the organisation.
D) Training & Development
- Identify training needs based on performance evaluation system and competency mapping.
- Design training plans including identification of trainers, material and in accordance to the budget.
- Scheduling & implementation of training calendar.
- Post-training assessment for effectiveness.
E) Statutory Compliances & Industrial Relations
- Ensuring PF/ ESIC compliance across organisation.
- Obtaining and managing labour licenses, WC policies and all regulatory compliances related to personnel and labour.
- Managing site labour issues.
Qualifications
- Any bachelor's degree
- Master's degree in HR/ Personnel Management
- At least 15-20 years experience across multiple HR functional roles
- Prior exposure to Projects industry is mandatory
