DGS is having 90+Warehouse (area 15 Lacs Sqft) with more than 1000+ Team (Including Off Role) and shortly coming up with IPO and JV with a Singapore Based Logistics Company to develop multimodel Logistics Parks in India.

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll management, compliance management, manpower management, HR operations, bulk hiring, and HR generalist activities.

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee productivity.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely updates on policies.

  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop organizational goals and objectives.

She/He will be the Head of Department and Single Window Solution with the help of team

Preferred candidate profile

  • If She/He has Strong expertise in Payroll Management (Payroll Software), Recruitment Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, HR Policies, Compliance Management, Manpower Management, HR Operations, Bulk Hiring.
  • If She/He is from Service Industry
  • If She/He have handled more than 500+ employee strengths
  • If She/He have knowledge of multistate Labors Laws and compliances including NAPS/NATS
  • If She/He is having good command over HR Payroll Software/Mobile App
  • If She/He has handled Bulk Salary Processing
  • If She/He has handled Bulk Hiring
  • If She/He is good in High Volume Communication and Digital Handling (Mails and Whats App)
