Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Head of Growth role located in Bengaluru. The Head of Growth will spearhead strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and overall business expansion while managing growth marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include developing scalable processes, implementing innovative growth tactics, overseeing customer acquisition strategies, and collaborating with the sales and business development teams to achieve revenue goals and foster strong client relationships.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, and leveraging data-driven insights to scale business operations
  • Experience in Customer Acquisition and creating targeted campaigns to drive user engagement
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development with a focus on building partnerships and expanding market opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork capabilities
  • Familiarity with the healthcare or technology sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
