Role Description

The Head of Growth at Binks will lead the strategies and initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and business development. This full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru involves employing innovative growth marketing practices, analyzing customer behavior to identify opportunities, and executing strategies to scale the business. Additionally, the Head of Growth will collaborate with sales and product teams to achieve organizational goals and establish Binks as the premier fashion brand for Indian women.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, Performance Marketing and customer acquisition techniques
  • Strong skills and experience in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue and partnerships
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute data-driven growth strategies
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience in fashion, e-commerce, or consumer brands is a plus
