We are seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to drive user growth, supply growth, and monetization for OLX India. This role will own the end-to-end growth funnel across key categories and cities, with a strong focus on scaling demand and supply in a two-sided marketplace. You will lead acquisition and retention performance marketing, SEO, experimentation, and growth initiatives to accelerate adoption, engagement, and revenue at scale.
What you will do:
- Own and execute the growth strategy across the full funnel: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization for both buyers and sellers
- Lead large-scale performance marketing across Google, Meta, app install networks, affiliates, and other relevant channels
- Drive city-wise, category-wise, and cohort-based growth strategies aligned with marketplace dynamics
- Design and run structured growth experiments to improve funnel conversion, listing quality, user liquidity, and repeat usage
- Own growth KPIs including (CAC, LTV, supplydemand balance, liquidity metrics, and ROI) across channels
- Manage and optimize multi-million-dollar marketing budgets with a strong focus on efficiency and profitability
- Identify new acquisition channels, partnerships, and monetization opportunities relevant to the Indian market
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering a strong culture of data-driven decision-making and experimentation
What we are looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing roles.
- Strong experience in classifieds, marketplaces, e-commerce, or consumer internet platforms (India market experience preferred)
- Deep understanding of performance marketing channels, attribution, analytics, and experimentation frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling large user bases and managing growth at high volume and complexity
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute hands-on in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
