Head of Fundraising & Partnerships - Change Engine (Founding Team)

Change Engine is building India's leading accelerator for high-potential non-profits. Our mission 100+ non-profit unicorns impacting 1M+ people meaningfully.

We've proven the model works. Now we need to scale our partnership and fundraising engine 10x to enable non-profits to scale.

What you'll own:

- Design ecosystem strategy & partnerships (funders, government, corporates)

- Build & manage fundraising pipeline (UHNIs, foundations, CSRs)

- Support cohort organizations in raising capital & partnerships

- Help shape government practice for Ease of doing good

Ideal fit:

- 7+ years as founder/CXO leading fundraising/partnerships

- Track record of building something from scratch

- Comfortable pitching bold vision to senior stakeholders

- Love being out in the field, not just desk work

- You might also be a strong operator from consulting or VC who now wants real ownership

and create meaningful impact.
