Role Description

We are seeking a Head of Finance for a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The Head of Finance will oversee and manage financial operations, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgeting, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities also include making data-driven financial decisions, driving fiscal efficiency, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize financial strategies and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Solid foundation in Finance principles, Budgeting, and resource management
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations
• Proficiency with financial software and tools
• Advanced mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• Proven experience in a leadership role in finance, preferably in the design or related industries
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with other departments
