A Successful Applicant Should Be
- CA or MBA from a top-tier institute with strong academic credentials
- 10+ years of experience, preferably within high-growth startup environments
- Proven experience in leading end-to-end finance functions, including: Controllership, Business finance, FP&A
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale finance processes in a growing organization
- Highly driven and entrepreneurial mindset, with the appetite to play a key role in taking a startup from growth to scale
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with founders, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
