Head of Finance

We're Hiring: Finance Head Salt Oral Care (Mumbai)

Salt Oral Care is scaling fast and gearing up for the next phase of growth. We're building a financial backbone that can support a homegrown brand on its path from 1 Cr to 33.5 Cr+ MRR, and eventually a category-defining future.

We're looking for a Finance Head who can own strategy, systems, and capitalnot just reporting.

This role is for someone who has:

Strong experience in D2C or FMCG (direct or via consulting)

Built/implemented financial systems & controls in a growth-stage company

Experience with equity planning, cash-flow structuring, investments, or fundraising

Comfort working in a founder-led startup

A qualification like CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA, preferably from a reputed institution

710 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or strategic finance

A mindset for business partneringnot just accounting

You will:

Drive financial strategy, budgets, and forecasting

Manage cash flow, burn, and capital planning

Lead equity-related work, investor readiness, and financial modelling

Set up internal controls, ERP/MIS systems, and scalable processes

Liaise with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions

Mentor the finance team and build a strong, future-ready function

Work closely with founders on business decisions, P&L, and growth strategy
