This role leads the Finance function for the territory of India Area (India + Nepal, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh and Bhutan). This role excels in Stewardship and Partnership to the business and key stakeholders by providing strategic perspective on all aspects of the business, leads financial and commercial analysis, insights, performs sound resource allocation and maintains strong control framework to deliver on critical objectives to achieve the market's short and long-term goals.
What You Can Expect
Business Strategy
- Partner with various stakeholders to support transformational projects and provide risk mitigated resolutions
- Partnering for execution of Strategic initiatives as per the long term strategy
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Managing the end to end processes for Annual Country Plan and Monthly Rolling Forecast while overseeing the preparation of a suite of financial reporting
- Re-validation and update of the Full-P&L Forecast based on latest trends and outlook for the Business
- Discounts & Trade Spend: Controls, Process and Spend Optimization in the forward integrated RTC (Owned Importation)
- SG&A analytics, Zero-Based Planning and Forecasting
- Annual CAPEX plans
Commercial Analysis, RGM & Operational Efficiencies
- P&L oversight and optimization
- Providing data insights to foster a culture of data driven decision making
- Consistently working with business teams to help reduce costs and bring efficiencies in the system
- RGM and Profitability: Identifying and Seizing Opportunities for Value Chain Efficiencies
Statutory, Tax and Controlling Duties
- Review and Sign off on Statutory Financials
- Tax: in collaboration with Global BF Tax team, determining Strategic taxation -Tax positions, GST applicability, Customs & Transfer Pricing Model
- Treasury: In collaboration with the Global B-F Treasury team, performing Working Capital/Cash Flow Management incl. Liaison with Banks for key banking arrangements like Bank Guarantee/Credit Line etc
- Controls: In collaboration with Accounting, ensuring that all appropriate financial controls and legal/regulatory requirements are properly followed, developing policies and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of proper internal controls
People Management
- Leadership, development and motivation of direct reports
- Effective organization of work tasks within the team
IMAGE (India, Middle East, Africa, GTR & Eurasia) FP&A Regional Consolidation
- Lead the annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecast process across multiple markets within the region
- Performance Analysis: Provide deep-dive variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget vs LY) to regionalleadership
IMAGE Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
- Develop and implement Pricing Frameworks for IMAGE Markets
- Leverage and Implement RGM levers to maximize revenue gro
What You Bring To The Table
- Education: Chartered Accountant
- Experience: Minimum 12-15 years experience in Finance Management, Commercial Analytics, RTC optimization, People Leadership, Experience with leadership of Strategic projects of a regional scale
- Experience in alcohol industry is required
