Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Finance at our Hyderabad location. The Head of Finance will oversee financial operations, manage budgeting processes, prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. In addition, the role involves implementing financial strategies to drive organizational growth, leading a team of finance professionals, and collaborating with other departments to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Finance
• Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret financial data
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Understanding of compliance practices and financial regulations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Prior experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the renewable energy or related industrial sectors
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
