Key Responsibilities
Financial Control Reporting: Oversee accounting operations, including month-end/year-end closures, PL, balance sheet preparation, and MIS reporting.
Cost Management Analysis: Lead cost control frameworks, inventory valuation, and variance analysis (actual vs. budget) to improve production efficiency.
Strategic Planning Budgeting: Develop financial strategies, annual budgets, and forecasting models to support long-term growth and business goals.
Cash Flow: Manage banking relationships, working capital, and cash flow forecasting to ensure adequate liquidity.
Compliance Audit: Lead statutory, tax, and internal audits, ensuring compliance.
Leadership: Manage the finance and accounts team.
Required Qualifications Skills
Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.
Experience: 10-15+ years in finance, with significant experience in a manufacturing unit.
Skills: Expertise in cost accounting, working capital management, ERP systems and financial reporting.
