As the company expands across India and global markets, they are hiring a Head of Finance to lead and strengthen one of the most critical functions in the organization.

This is a high-impact leadership role, working closely with founders and senior stakeholders to build the financial infrastructure needed to support rapid scale in a complex, global environment.

About the Role

The Head of Finance will oversee all finance operations across India and international entities, ensuring strong governance, accurate reporting, and scalable financial systems.

This role is ideal for a strategic finance leader with experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or global SaaS environments, who can balance structure, compliance, and speed in a high-growth company.

You will play a key role in shaping financial strategy while building a world-class finance function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Oversee accounting, reporting, and financial close cycles
• Deliver consolidated financial statements aligned with IFRS and local regulations
• Manage finance operations across multiple entities and regions
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks
• Oversee banking, treasury, and payment operations
• Manage statutory audits, tax compliance, and external auditors
• Implement automation and process improvements across finance systems
• Partner with product, legal, and operations teams on new markets and launches
• Build, mentor, and scale the finance and accounting team
• Ensure payroll, compliance, and financial governance across jurisdictions

What we're looking for

• Significant experience in finance / accounting / controlling leadership roles
• Background in fintech, payments, crypto, SaaS, or financial services
• Experience managing global finance operations / multi-entity structures
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidated reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to build scalable finance processes in high-growth companies
• Experience with audits, risk management, and financial controls
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
