Partner with founders and investors through growth and funding stages.

Job Description

The Head of Finance will lead a controller‑heavy finance function (60% controllership / 40% FP&A) with responsibilities including:

Full ownership of finance controllership: AP, AR, taxation, treasury, and compliance
Driving cost optimization, margin improvement, and COGS reduction, especially across supply chain and logistics
Leading FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and business planning
Managing month‑end close, reporting, and financial governance frameworks
Partnering closely with founders and leadership on strategic decision‑making and growth planning

The Successful Applicant

Qualified CA
8-10 years of experience, currently operating in a Finance Controller / similar role
Strong experience in controllership (AP, AR, tax, treasury) with exposure to FP&A
Background in startup / high‑growth environments exposure to manufacturing or supply chain‑heavy businesses is preferred
Proven ability to drive cost controls, margins, and operational efficiency
Comfortable engaging with investors and senior stakeholders, with strong communication and presence
