- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Own variance analysis and reporting across revenue, costs, and profitability.
- Executive Reporting
- Prepare board-level presentations and dashboards.
Business Partnering
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with operational strategies.
- Support commercial teams with pricing, margin analysis, and investment decisions.
Team Leadership
- Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team.
- Foster a culture of analytical rigor and continuous improvement.
Systems & Process Optimization
- Drive automation and efficiency in reporting processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: CA or ICWA
- Experience: 7 - 10 years in FP&A or corporate finance with Listed Company Experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel, financial modelling, and tools like SAP.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management
- Ability to handle PE investors is an advantage.

- Reports to: CFO or Director of Finance
