Head of Finance

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kunnathunad for the Head of Finance. The role involves managing the organization's financial operations, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and strategies for financial growth. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing detailed financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and offering insights to guide corporate decisions. The Head of Finance will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize monetary resources and achieve the company's financial goals.

• Strong knowledge of financial statements, financial reporting, and budgeting processes
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills applicable to financial operations
• In-depth understanding of finance, including planning, forecasting, and resource allocation
• Proven leadership and team management skills in financial contexts
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required; an advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
