Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Finance and Accounts located in New Delhi. The role involves overseeing financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance. The Head of Finance and Accounts will play a key role in financial reporting, planning, and decision-making to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting
• Strong Finance knowledge with experience in Budgeting
• Excellent Analytical Skills for strategic financial planning and problem-solving
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience in e-commerce or related industries is a plus
• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CFA are advantageous
