Job Summary:
The Head of Finance & Accounts is responsible for managing the companys financial and accounting operations. This includes financial planning, budgeting, accounting, audits, and compliance, ensuring the organizations financial stability and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements.
- Manage cash flow, banking, and treasury functions.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
- Monitor and control expenses to improve financial efficiency.
Qualifications:
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- 10-20 years of experience in finance and accounts, with leadership exposure.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
