We are hiring for a large listed NBFC which is into Rural LAP and Gold Loans

Role Description

The Head of Finance & Accounts will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, manage financial reporting, budgeting, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. the candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining internal controls, managing cash flow, and ensuring accurate financial data for business operations. The role involves leading financial planning and analysis, developing financial strategies, and supporting executive management in strategic decision making. Its a defacto deputy CFO role .

Must have Qualifications

• CA with 15+ years of experience
• Must be in a similar role for rural focused HFC or NBFC .
• Would have handled a gamut of activities across, Accounts, FPA, Treasury.
• Ability to present to a high powered board
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial management
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities

Total CTC on Offer 1 cr.(Fixed + Variable) + ESOPs
