We are looking for a senior leader with an academic/program background who can bring strategic direction, depth, and creativity to these initiatives.
What Youll Do
- Provide strategic leadership for academic and cultural programs across 100+ schools and 25 cities.
- Integrate educational goals into every event, ensuring strong links with student learning and skills.
- Collaborate with subject experts and school leaders to design content-rich, student-focused experiences.
- Develop scalable event frameworks that schools can adapt while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Partner with principals, coordinators, and teachers for smooth, high-quality execution.
- Continuously innovate and refresh formats to keep them aspirational and relevant.
- Track outcomes from student participation to learning impact and refine programs accordingly.
What Were Looking For
- Background in academics, curriculum, or co-curricular program leadership (essential).
- Proven experience in rolling out educational initiatives or student-focused events at scale.
- Strong ability to link learning outcomes with creative, engaging experiences.
- Leadership skills to influence stakeholders at all levels from principals to subject experts.
- A balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution.
