This is a full-time, remote Chief of Staff role at A2G, responsible for driving executive-level initiatives, optimizing organizational processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include managing cross-functional projects, serving as a trusted advisor to leadership, preparing detailed reports and presentations, and ensuring alignment across teams. The role requires strategic foresight, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Proven expertise in project management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership.
• Strong communication skills, with experience in report writing, presentation preparation, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information to facilitate decision-making and drive actionable outcomes.
• Proficiency in time management and prioritization to oversee multiple initiatives effectively.
• Experience in consulting, management, or serving in executive advisory roles is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a positive and collaborative organizational culture.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
