Role Overview
We are hiring a Head of Sales Enterprise B2B to lead large-account sales for an HRMS / HR Enterprise solutions business. The role focuses on driving enterprise revenue, building high-value client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise B2B sales for HRMS / HR Tech solutions
- Drive new business acquisition and key account growth across large enterprises
- Own sales targets, revenue forecasting, and pipeline management
- Build and manage a high-performing enterprise sales team
- Engage CXOs, HR Heads, and decision makers across enterprises
- Collaborate with product, pre-sales, and marketing teams to close complex deals
- Define sales strategy, pricing, and go-to-market execution
- Track KPIs, conversions, and deal closures with a strong focus on ROI
Candidate Profile
- 714 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales
- Mandatory experience selling HRMS / HR Tech / HR Enterprise solutions
- Strong exposure to selling into large enterprises and corporate accounts
- Proven leadership in managing enterprise sales teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Based in Delhi or willing to relocate
