What You'll Do
- Own Enterprise Revenue & Partnerships: Drive large-scale B2B enrolments by building and closing high-value partnerships with corporates, training organizations, and workforce networks.
- Strategic Corporate Acquisition: Engage with CHROs, L&D Heads, and business leaders to position SARAS AI programs as a workforce upskilling solution - leading to structured, repeatable enrolment pipelines.
- Enterprise Deal Closure: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation to closure for high-ticket, volume-based contracts tied to employee learning and development.
- Ground Activation: Represent SARAS at events, seminars, HR conclaves, and campus engagements to drive leads.
- Channel & Ecosystem Expansion: Build and scale partnerships with training companies, universities, and institutional networks to create consistent, high-volume enrolment channels.
- Revenue & ROI Ownership: Be accountable for revenue outcomes - ensuring every partnership translates into measurable enrolments, with strong control over CAC and conversion efficiency.
Who You Are
- 6–12 years of experience in enterprise sales, B2B partnerships, or institutional business development
- Proven track record of closing large-ticket, multi-stakeholder deals
- Strong network across corporates, HR/L&D ecosystems, and training partners
- Experience in driving enterprise pipelines, not just partnerships or MoUs
- A strong closer - comfortable navigating long sales cycles and complex negotiations
- Highly metrics-driven - focused on revenue, enrollments, and ROI, not activity
- Thrives in field-driven roles, stakeholder meetings, and relationship-led selling
