The Opportunity
GlobalGuard is seeking a Head of Enterprise & Channel Sales to build, scale, and lead its India business. This is a senior, leadership-first role requiring a proven enterprise sales leader with a hunter mindset, strong operational discipline, and the credibility to engage directly with CXOs and enterprise decision makers.
This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You will act as both a people leader and an individual contributor - personally driving strategic enterprise deals while building a high performance sales organization and partner ecosystem.

Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving your own sales targets, as well as overseeing and ensuring the team's sales objectives are met.
You will be a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, forging provable, long‑term relationships with mid‑market and enterprise decision makers, particularly in technology‑driven and regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Revenue Leadership
- Own and deliver regional enterprise and channel revenue targets through a combination of direct selling and team execution
- Personally lead and close high‑value, complex enterprise deals as a hands‑on contributor
- Build and manage a strong, forecast‑driven enterprise pipeline with clear execution rigor
Sales Leadership & Team Building
- Build, lead, and scale a team of enterprise sales managers and business development leaders
- Establish a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs, accountability, and coaching discipline
- Mentor teams on enterprise prospecting, deal orchestration, negotiation strategy, and executive engagement
Strategic Account & CXO Engagement
- Establish GlobalGuard as a trusted cybersecurity partner across mid‑market and enterprise accounts
- Develop and maintain executive‑level relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and business leaders
- Lead strategic account planning and long‑term expansion across key enterprise customers
GTM, Marketing & Ecosystem Alignment
- Partner closely with marketing leadership to align demand generation, ABM programs, and enterprise campaigns
- Influence go‑to‑market strategy, territory planning, and market development initiatives
- Build and scale a high‑impact channel and partner ecosystem to drive leverage and partner‑led growth
Operational Excellence
- Implement strong sales processes, pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and execution discipline
- Track and optimize performance across conversion ratios, deal velocity, and revenue outcomes
- Represent GlobalGuard at industry forums, partner meetings, and executive customer engagements
What You Bring
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with strong exposure to SaaS, Microsoft‑centric solutions, and Cybersecurity
- Proven track record as both a hunter‑led individual contributor and a people leader managing enterprise teams
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline from scratch and personally close complex enterprise deals
- Established, trusted and proven relationships with mid‑market and enterprise decision makers
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence internally and externally at senior levels
- Experience scaling sales functions in high‑growth or market‑entry environments
- Comfort operating in a matrixed, global organization with direct executive visibility
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, cybersecurity solutions, and enterprise IT landscapes
Preferred Experience
- Direct experience selling into Microsoft 365 environments
- Background in email security, cybersecurity, or cloud‑based SaaS products
- Exposure to regulated industries such as BFSI, healthcare, or government
- Experience building or scaling channel‑led enterprise revenue models
