Job Description:

  • Should haveMinimum of 6 to12 Years of experience working with AMAZON and other E Commerce Market Places.
  • With a strong Understanding ofAMAZON ADS and a Minimum 2 Years of experience in managing Amazon AD's Campaign's.
  • Owning and managing the end-to-end e-commerce strategy, including website management, merchandising, performance optimization, and channel expansion
  • Driving sales performance across all e-commerce platforms (brand site, marketplaces like (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Nyka, Shopify, etc.)
  • Setting up, Launching and MANAGING Amazon PPC campaign's
  • Manage assigned marketplace orders and execution, maintain data, create and share reports Manage Promotions LikeSponsored ADS, Coupons.
  • Coordinating product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional calendars in alignment with marketing objectives
  • Manage day-to-day operations,including inventory, logistics integration, and third-party vendor relationships
  • Optimising the customer journey through continuous UX improvements, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimisation
  • Monitoring and analysing e-commerce metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost(CAC), average order value(AOV),and return on ad spend(ROAS)
  • Liaising with demand planning, fulfillment, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy
  • Handling customer service escalationprotocols and ensure a consistent brand experience across channels
  • Overseeing platform integrations with payment gateways, CRMs, and analytics tools
  • Executing and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership

Key Requirements:

  • Should be a Graduate or Should have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Should have proven Experience in managing e-commerce platforms such asAmazon, FlipKart, Shopify, Myntra, Nyka and Quick Commerce
  • Overseeing brand awareness,customer acquisition, and market trend analysis.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, funnel performance, and A/B testing
  • Should have a self-starter mentalitywith the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Should have Excellent Leadership Skills and Team handling ability
  • You are a creative and strategic thinkerwith a strong customer orientation.
  • Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills,thrive in matrix environments, and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
