About The Role

As the Head of eCommerce, you will be accountable for setting and delivering the long-term vision of Dyson's digital operations while enabling the market to drive the daily operation and performance

Accountabilities

  • Set the vision for our eCom business in delivering plans across Dyson.com, marketplace, 3P eCom and Optimisation.
  • Work closely with the Global Direct & Digital team to ensure understanding and tailoring of best practice and implementation of global standards.
  • Anticipate future trends in Direct and as needed build, explore and lead business case for new capabilities & resources.
  • Tell the India Dyson.com story and lead plans across group, COE, direct reports and others to deliver sustainable traffic, conversion and AOV growth.
  • Influence group and central functions on product and project roadmap to ensure regions current and future needs are being delivered. .
  • Accelerate Live commerce across the region.
  • Grow our existing platforms efficiently and profitably while and drive a flawless digital owner experience on platforms across the region.
  • Lead the regional product team A/B testing, SEO and regional enhancement roadmap e.g. live shopping.
  • Oversee tracking and sharing of best performance on key digital KPIs- e.g. ratings and reviews, site speed.
  • Work in partnership with regional team to improve our Dyson.com Purchase owner experience.
  • Partner with legal & commercial policy team to drive sustainable digital excellence and consistency through our selective distribution and terms framework on 3P and marketplaces.
  • Be the lead for region and voice for the market on key projects.

About You


  • 12-15 Years commercial experience including P&L management/ responsibility, ideally in a premium goods context.
  • Passion for e-Commerce and digital, externally and future focused on trends.
  • Financial and commercial understanding; familiar dealing with budgets and P&L's.
  • Strong influencing and collaborating skills acts as an interface between global, Commercial and the region.
  • Proven ability to build highly capable teams both through direct and indirect management.
  • Identify how to motivate and engage individuals in a dynamic and challenging environment
