Role Overview
The Head Digital Transformation (Manufacturing & Supply Chain) drives the organization's digital evolution, leading Industry 4.0 initiatives that enhance innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence across manufacturing and supply chain networks. The role focuses on building a connected, datadriven enterprise through scalable digital solutions, advanced analytics, and intelligent automation, while ensuring strong governance, cybersecurity, and ITOT integration to enable sustainable business growth and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global digital transformation strategy across manufacturing and supply chain, aligned with Industry 4.0 and smart factory goals.
- Design and execute digital roadmaps that convert business priorities into scalable, ROIdriven initiatives.
- Deploy advanced technologies including IIoT, Edge Computing and data analytics to enable intelligent operations.
- Drive adoption of automation, predictive maintenance, digital twins, and quality analytics to improve performance and reliability.
- Advance operational excellence through analyticsdriven decisionmaking, process optimization, and energy efficiency.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure platform scalability, cybersecurity, compliance, and seamless ITOT integration.
- Oversee enterprise digital platforms such as MES, IIoT, and analytics ecosystems to deliver business value and system coherence.
- Build, lead, and develop highperforming digital teams; promote crossfunctional collaboration with operations, engineering, IT, and supply chain.
- Embed a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across global digital programs.
