Salary: ₹8–11 LPA

Working Days: 5.5 Days (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Digital Media Head to lead our digital advertising vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms while managing a team and ensuring strong ROI for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media channels (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Drive performance marketing initiatives with a strong focus on ROI and lead generation
• Manage and mentor the digital media team
• Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously with efficiency
• Coordinate closely with clients to understand business goals and deliver results
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights
• Ensure timely reporting and transparent communication with clients
• Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates

Key Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in digital media planning and buying
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and social media advertising platforms
• Proven track record of delivering high ROI campaigns
• Experience in managing teams and client relationships
• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability

Preferred Skills

• Experience in an advertising agency environment
• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.
• Strategic thinking with execution excellence
