Role Description

- Build the digital marketing roadmap and plan multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and social media.
- Align digital strategies with broader business and commercial objectives.
- Forecast sales performance trends and proactively adjust strategies.
Team and budget management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance and development opportunities.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track media spend.
- Hire and train new digital marketing employees.
Campaign execution and optimization
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and improve the company's digital presence, including the website, social media profiles, and other digital assets.
- Support and coordinate content creation for various platforms.
- Work with other departments like product, design, and sales to ensure cohesive strategies.
Performance analysis and reporting
- Analyze digital marketing performance data and metrics to track effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and report on KPIs to senior management, demonstrating the impact of digital marketing.
- Conduct campaign reviews and present performance updates and insights to stakeholders.
