Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement a full-funnel digital marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals.
- Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget to maximize ROAS.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the digital marketing team.
Performance Marketing & Marketplace Management
- Drive D2C performance through paid campaigns on Google and Meta.
- Lead marketplace strategy for Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms, including listing optimization, A+ Content, and marketplace ads.
- Monitor CAC, CLTV, and other key metrics for profitable scaling.
Social Media, Content & Design
- Own the brand voice and guide teams to produce high-quality content and creatives.
- Develop monthly content calendars balancing education, brand storytelling, and promotions.
- Maintain visual and message consistency across social media, website, email, and ads.
Influencer & Community Marketing
- Build and manage an influencer marketing program with niche creators.
- Oversee partnerships, negotiations, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
- Measure influencer ROI through traffic, coupon usage, and affiliate sales.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven success in scaling digital revenue and managing significant marketing budgets.
- Strong expertise with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads, and marketplace ecosystems.
- Technical proficiency in GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and SEO tools like SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Strong creative eye with the ability to evaluate and improve design and copy.
- Analytical, target-oriented, and strong in communication and stakeholder management.
