About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Head who can drive our digital presence, build brand authority, and generate leads for our IT & Software Implementation services. This role requires strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Branding
- Plan, lead, and execute the complete digital marketing strategy for Strateworks.
- Build brand positioning aligned with company goals and service offerings.
- Manage all social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop marketing campaigns specifically for IT Software Implementation (Zoho, Freshworks, HRMS, Accounting software etc.).
- Create and execute monthly content calendars.
Lead Generation
- Build & optimize lead generation campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta).
- Use email marketing tools and automation to drive B2B leads.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and ROI.
Content & Creative Management
- Guide the design team for creatives, videos, reels, and infographics.
- Ensure all content is business-oriented, professional, and target-specific.
- Content writing support for website, ads, case studies, and landing pages.
Website & SEO
- Lead website SEO strategy (On-page, Off-page, Technical).
- Coordinate website changes, landing pages, and blogs for ranking & leads.
- Improve SERP ranking and domain authority.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with Sales & HR for campaigns and branding needs.
- Prepare monthly performance reports (Leads, Reach, ROI, Engagement).
- Research competitors & industry trends for innovation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of B2B Digital Marketing (preferably in SaaS/IT industry).
- Expertise in:
- Lead Generation
- SEO, SEM
- LinkedIn ads & marketing
- Google Ads & Analytics
- Meta Ads
- Email Marketing
- Ability to manage junior team members & take ownership of marketing outcomes.
- Strategic thinking + Hands-on execution capability.
Experience
- 2 to 6 years in Digital Marketing (B2B preferred).
- Experience in software/IT/CRM/ERP marketing will be an advantage.
Education
- MBA/Graduate in Marketing, Mass Media, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory if highly skilled).
