Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Mumbai. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our social media marketing efforts, generating leads, and implementing and tracking web analytics. Additional day-to-day tasks include developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement.

Core Responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Executive
  1. Strategy & Planning
  • Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Support in achieving brand awareness, lead generation, and sales targets.
  1. Content & Campaign Management
  • Create, manage, and optimize digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives, videos, and other promotional material.
  • Write engaging content for social media, blogs, emailers, and websites.
  1. Social Media Marketing
  • Manage and grow brand presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages.
  1. SEO & Website Management
  • Optimize website content for SEO and improve organic rankings.
  • Track website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Suggest improvements for user experience and conversion.
  1. Paid Advertising (PPC/SEM)
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Monitor budgets and ROI to maximize performance.
  1. Email & WhatsApp Marketing
  • Create and send email/WhatsApp campaigns for promotions, offers, and brand communication.
  • Manage subscriber databases and analyze campaign performance.
  1. Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor key metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, ROI).
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and share insights.
  1. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
  • Track industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Suggest improvements and innovative ideas to stay ahead.
  1. Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work with sales, design, and content teams to ensure alignment of campaigns.
  • Support business development by providing digital assets and insights.
  1. Other Responsibilities
  • Manage online reputation (reviews, feedback, ratings).
  • Handle influencer collaborations and affiliate partnerships (if applicable).
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation
  • Experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in Web Analytics
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is a plus
