Role Objective
Drive direct-to-consumer growth and category leadership through digital-first marketing strategies, consumer insights, and data-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement D2C marketing strategies across digital channels (performance marketing, CRM, influencer, social media).
- Own category marketing plans including positioning, promotions, pricing, and consumer research.
- Lead acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure category growth and profitability.
- Monitor consumer trends and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies.
- Optimize marketing spends using analytics and performance tracking.
Qualifications
- MBA/PG in Marketing, with specialization in Digital Marketing preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in D2C/e-commerce marketing and category management.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and consumer insights.
- Experience in managing category P&L and driving growth strategies.
- Ability to balance creativity with analytical rigor.
