Job Description

Role Objective

Drive direct-to-consumer growth and category leadership through digital-first marketing strategies, consumer insights, and data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement D2C marketing strategies across digital channels (performance marketing, CRM, influencer, social media).
  • Own category marketing plans including positioning, promotions, pricing, and consumer research.
  • Lead acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure category growth and profitability.
  • Monitor consumer trends and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies.
  • Optimize marketing spends using analytics and performance tracking.

Qualifications

  • MBA/PG in Marketing, with specialization in Digital Marketing preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in D2C/e-commerce marketing and category management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and consumer insights.
  • Experience in managing category P&L and driving growth strategies.
  • Ability to balance creativity with analytical rigor.
