About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead our overall digital strategy and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, organic growth, and brand building particularly in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience in the recruitment and staffing domain will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Drive organic reach and engagement through SEO, content marketing, and social media optimization.
- Manage and lead the digital marketing team ensuring high performance, collaboration, and creative output.
- Oversee the company's online presence and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Create and manage lead generation campaigns using tools like email automation, landing pages, and CRM systems.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to align marketing initiatives with recruitment and client acquisition goals.
- Identify new digital trends, tools, and growth hacks suitable for the staffing and recruitment domain.
Requirements- 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in startups.
- Proven success in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, and email marketing tools.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a marketing team.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, or similar.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of the staffing and recruitment industry will be a plus.
Good to Have- Exposure to marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Creative ideas for inbound marketing and content strategy.
- Hands-on experience in building brand presence from scratch.
