About Us:

Alive Wellness Clinics is one of Delhi NCR's leading skin and wellness clinic chains, with a strong focus on clinical dermatology and aesthetic treatments. With 10 clinics across the region, we are a performance-driven business with a deep understanding of both patient care and cosmetic wellness.

We are now looking for a Digital-first Marketing Head who understands lead funnels better than fancy taglines, and knows how to build a brand through numbers not just narratives.

What This Role Is Really About:

We don't need a pure branding person.

We need someone who knows how to generate demand every single day.

You should know how to get a lead at the right cost and how to improve it the next week.

You will lead our marketing operations across digital, performance, social, offline, and support systems like the call center. But at the core your job is to bring in the right leads and make sure they convert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own all lead generation activities across digital platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
  • Manage and grow our in-house marketing team + digital agencies + content teams.
  • Monitor ad campaigns daily and make quick data-backed decisions.
  • Work closely with the call center team to improve lead-to-booking conversion.
  • Use analytics tools (GA4, Meta, CRM dashboards) to track performance and ROI.
  • Keep the lead flow at a consistent level. That's the real KPI.
  • Use brand-building activities (PR, influencer marketing, collaborations) to support digital marketing, not the other way around.
  • Coordinate with clinic heads to understand business needs and align marketing efforts accordingly.

Who Should Apply:

  • Minimum 7+ years in performance and digital marketing. (Healthcare, aesthetics, or D2C experience is a bonus.)
  • You've managed ad budgets and led campaigns yourself not just reviewed them.
  • Comfortable working with ad managers, dashboards, CRMs, SEO tools, and internal sales/operations teams.
  • Past experience owning lead targets and showing results.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage teams and external partners.
  • Fast, hands-on, data-obsessed, and outcome-driven.
