Role Overview

As the head Product Designer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions across the mobile app and web. You'll lead UX strategy, create scalable design systems, collaborate closely with Product, Tech & Marketing teams, and ensure a seamless, conversion-focused user experience.

What You'll Own

Lead the design vision, strategy and execution for mobile & web products.

Improve key funnels (Install Home, Home Checkout, Dynamic Service ATC Express).

Create & maintain a scalable Design System for Yes Madam.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into product improvements.

Deliver pixel-perfect UI and interaction flows.

Partner with Product Managers to define problem statements and solutions.

Guide junior designers and ensure consistency across all design outputs.

Work closely with engineering to ensure smooth handoff & accurate implementation.

Requirements

9+ years of experience in UI/UX/Product Design.

Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app (Android/iOS) projects.

Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.

Experience leading design end-to-end in fast-moving consumer apps.

Hands-on experience with Figma & design system creation.

Ability to make data-driven decisions using analytics & user behavior.

Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Good to Have

Experience in beauty, wellness, e-commerce, or marketplace apps.

Understanding of conversion optimization & funnel analytics.

Prior experience working with cross-functional teams in a startup.
