Head of Design

AjnaLens is looking for a Head of Design to join our Product Engineering team at Thane (Maharashtra – India). We're seeking a strategic and hands-on design leader with 10–12 years of experience in building scalable product experiences and leading high-performing design teams. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in UX strategy, design systems, and emerging tech interfaces (AI/AR/VR).

This role demands ownership, clarity, and the ability to translate deep-tech capabilities into intuitive, human-centered experiences. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and AI/ML teams to shape the future of next-gen computing.

1. Design Vision & Strategy

Define and drive the overall design roadmap aligned with product and business goals.

2. End-to-End Experience Leadership

Lead UX/UI across web, mobile, and AR/VR platforms from discovery to launch.

3. Team & Design Systems

Build and mentor a strong design team. Establish scalable design systems and processes.

Minimum Experience:

• 10-12 years in Product/UX/UI Design
• 5+ years leading design teams
• Strong portfolio of shipped, scalable products
• Experience in SaaS, AI, deep-tech, or AR/VR preferred
