Department- CGP (Coal Gasification Plant)

Location- Angul, Odisha

Roles & Responsibilities

• To look after the smooth running of plant process .
• Experienced in leading projects of preferably Gasifier , Compressor, distillations column Extractor etc
• Knowledge of process of Gasification Process
• Responsible for complete safety of man-power , production target achievement. . LTIFR, near misses, compliance.
• Close coordination with Technology suppliers.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM initiatives for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and minimizing waste.
• Responsible for timely execution of project as a leader.
• Code of conduct, SAP, TOC & 411 awareness
• Strong communication and presentation skill

Process Safety Management & maintaining 5-S ( Seiri (Sort), Seiton (Set in Order), Seiso (Shine), Seiketsu (Standardize), and Shitsuke (Sustain)

Education Required :

B.E. /B.Tech /Chemical/ Petro-chemical Engineering

Experiences Required :

Minimum 15-20 Years of Experience in Petro Chemical/Refinery/fertilizer industry
