We're Hiring: Associate Director – Process (Pharma/Biotech)

Location: Gurgaon

We are looking for a seasoned Process Engineering leader with 18–20 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Lifesciences projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in basic & detailed engineering, process design, regulatory compliance (USFDA, MHRA, WHO), and advanced simulation tools (HYSYS, ASPEN).

Key Highlights:

Lead end-to-end process engineering deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, calculations, equipment selection)

Drive layouts for API, OSD, Sterile & Biotech facilities

Ensure compliance with ISPE guidelines & global regulatory standards

Client-facing role with focus on quality, efficiency & innovation

Strong leadership in managing teams and solving complex technical challenges
