Redington is building a world-class Demand Generation Center in Chennai that will power OEM growth across India, Middle East & emerging markets.
This role will leadstrategy, digital acceleration, OEM engagement, and service expansionfor the Demand Gen Center, while working alongside the existing team leads (including Rathna) who manage day-to-day operations.
The Senior Manager will own thebusiness P&L of Demand Gen, develop new digital and AI-led capabilities, and build scalable programs for partners and OEM brands.
Key Responsibilities1. Demand Gen Business Leadership
- Build and scale the Demand Generation Center as a Redington Marketing as a Service (MaaS) offering.
- Own revenue targets from telemarketing, digital programs, and AI-enabled campaigns.
- Create service catalogues, pricing models, and OEM pitches for Data + Digital + Demand Gen services.
- Partner with Redington business units (TSG, SSG, Mobility, ESG, Apple, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, etc.) to drive adoption.
2. Strategic Growth & Program Management
- Design demand generation playbooks for different OEM categories.
- Develop new workflows for lead generation, nurture flows, partner scoring, and campaign ROI tracking.
- Implement AI agents to scale telecalling, customer engagement, and follow-ups.
- Convert the center into a Digital + Call + AI Hybrid capability.
3. Digital Marketing & Content
- Oversee digital demand gen, including email automation, landing pages, SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, and social amplification.
- Lead the creative studio for campaign assets, videos, and storytelling content for OEMs and partners.
- Build standardized digital toolkits for SMB, enterprise, cloud, security, and device categories.
4. Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Work closely with(Team Lead) and other supervisors on planning, performance metrics, calling quality, and customer experience.
- Coach team leads whilenottaking over their operational scope.
- Collaborate with Global Marketing COEs and Redington Online platforms for omni-channel integration.
5. Data, Analytics & AI Ops
- Develop dashboards for lead quality, KPIs, pipeline contribution, and conversion analytics.
- Set up AI and automation tools for efficiency, routing, scoring, and reporting.
- Drive a culture of data-backed decisions in all campaigns.
6. OEM & Channel Engagement
- Represent the Demand Gen center in OEM meetings and pitches.
- Build measurable, repeatable demand gen engines for each brand.
- Create case studies, quarterly reviews, and outcome stories.
Required Experience
- 812 years of experience in telemarketing ops, digital marketing, or revenue-oriented B2B demand generation.
- Experience with AI tools, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital campaign management.
- Proven success in scaling teams and managing cross-functional operations.
- Strong storytelling and stakeholder management capability.
