Ensure the maximization of revenue and the minimization of risks for the Centre of Excellence through the implementation of the delivery strategy, the definition and execution of governance, and the establishment of trusted relationships with clients/business units, while ensuring compliance with budgets, deadlines, and SLAs. Primary responsibility of building capability in HPS india to support global technical requirement.

: Adapt and implement the Delivery strategy of the Centre of Excellence

  • Adapt Delivery processes and implement quality standards within the Centre of Excellence
  • Define and implement the Delivery governance
  • Establish the Delivery budget for the Centre of Excellence

:Ensure the maximization of regional revenue

  • Ensure quality processes: Implement quality processes to optimize revenue
  • Establish the Delivery budget for the region
  • Define the Delivery process and improve the process

: Ensure the management of communication and relationships with clients of the Centre of Excellence

  • Organize the steering committees
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with HPS's contractual commitments and track the implementation of corrective actions in case of deviations
  • Establish trusted relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction

: Management of resource allocation

  • Adapt and deploy the outsourcing strategy, Internal Hiring, Interview, capability building for the India centre
  • Define and assign the relevant profiles for each client/Business unit

: Provide support to internal teams

  • Assist presales with client presentations for regional requirements
  • Provide technical insights to the development team, Payment services, sales team on potential clients to help them build their approach strategies
  • Provide support to Payment Services for the collection of overdue payments in problematic cases by leveraging your network of relationships with the concerned clients and mitigating technical disputes

: Ensure the management of your team and oversee performance

  • Oversee the recruitment and integration of your team members, Technical designs, end-to-end project delivery and end-to-end support function
  • Ensure the technical guidance, development, career management, and support of team members, review of work, Delivery management, planning and execution, resource allocation, Governance and reporting
  • Ensure the resolution of conflicts and the management of team challenges
  • Establish KPIs and monitor both individual and collective performance

Internal activities/other HPS entities

  • Resource allocation: Define the right profiles for each client and project

: Assist presales with client presentations

  • Provide insights regarding the nature of clients and projects to assist them in their client approach strategies

: Provide support to Payment Services for defining the strategy and governance of Delivery

  • Provide support to PS for collections in problematic cases (technical, negotiation, relational)
