Build largescale AI systems powering millions of consumer interactions daily.
Define AI strategy from zerotoone in a fastgrowing consumer tech group.

Job Description

Own the company's endtoend Data Science & AI roadmap and execution.
Design and deploy largescale recommendation and personalization systems.
Build ML systems handling realtime, highvolume consumer data.
Lead AI initiatives across content intelligence, discovery, retention, and monetization.
Establish ML platforms including CDP, feature stores, experimentation, and monitoring.
Build and mentor a lean, highimpact data science and ML team.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Content teams.

The Successful Applicant

10-15 years of experience in data science and machine learning.
Strong background in consumer internet, OTT, social, gaming, or marketplaces.
Deep expertise in recommendation systems and personalization models.
Experience taking ML models from experimentation to production at scale.
Handson exposure to unstructured data (text, audio, video).
Zerotoone mindset with the ability to build systems and teams from scratch.
Strong product intuition and outcomedriven thinking.
