Job Description

  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead and mentor the customer success team to achieve performance goals.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align services with client expectations.
  • Analyse customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients in the recruitment industry.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards in all customer success activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Customer Success should have:

  • A proven track record in customer success, client management, or a related role in the recruitment or business services industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client needs and challenges.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer success.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and analytics software.
