We are seeking a Head of Corporate Communications for a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The role involves developing and executing corporate communication strategies, managing internal and external communications, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. Responsibilities include overseeing public relations initiatives, creating impactful content, collaborating with stakeholders, and enhancing the company's reputation through various media channels. The role also includes supervising a communications team and fostering strong relationships within and outside the organization.

• Proven expertise in Corporate Communications and Public Relations strategy.
• Strong content creation, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience in media relations, crisis communication, and managing brand reputation.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools, campaigns, and social media management.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills for team coordination and stakeholder engagement.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to drive cross-functional communication initiatives.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in a creative agency or transformation-focused organization is a plus.
