Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic, versatile, and visionary Head of Content & Copy Writing who can own the full content spectrumfrom SEO-rich long-form articles to punchy ad copies, campaigns and brand storytelling fi lms. You will lead a team of writers, content strategists, and copywriters to create compelling narratives that drive both performance and emotional resonance. If you can think in frameworks and metaphors, and you're as comfortable writing a whitepaper as you are scripting a brand fi lmthis role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Copy Leadership

Oversee and guide the end-to-end development of content across formatsblogs, ad copy, web content, scripts, long-form articles, brand decks, campaign narratives, and thought leadership pieces.

Strike the right balance between data-driven SEO content and imaginative brand storytelling to align with diverse client needs.

Elevate the creative output of the copy team while ensuring the content team delivers structured, insightful, and high-performing content.

Strategy & Execution

Build and execute comprehensive, multi-platform content and copy strategies aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives.

Collaborate with creative, strategy, media, and performance marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Ensure every piece of content whether technical or creative adheres to the brand voice, connects with the target audience, and delivers on KPIs.

Team & Culture

Lead a team of writers, editors, and copywriters - setting clear priorities, mentoring talent, and maintaining high standards of creative and editorial quality.

Organise brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and writing workshops to nurture originality and craftsmanship in storytelling.

Foster a collaborative and inspiring environment that encourages risk-taking, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Client Engagement & Growth

Contribute to client pitches and strategic proposals (execution and presentations) by crafting compelling narratives that elevate business ideas.

Identify content-led upselling opportunities and value-added services that can deepen client engagement.

Represent the content & copy vertical in client meetings, articulating the why behind every creative or content move.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related fi eld.

6+ years of experience in content marketing, advertising, creative strategy, or digital storytelling roles.

A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of performance content and conceptual copywriting (brand campaigns, digital ads, long-form content, and more).

Proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional creative teams.

In-depth knowledge of SEO, content marketing tools, CMS platforms, and ad formats (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).

Creative-first mindset with the ability to weave narrative magic, write across tones, and adapt voice to multiple brands and platforms.

Sharp understanding of consumer psychology, digital trends, and what makes content clickboth emotionally and algorithmically.

A mix of left and right brain thinkingsomeone who can ideate wild concepts but also structure them into high-performance content strategies.
