Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Content based in Jaipur. The Head of Content will lead content strategy, oversee content creation, develop high-quality and engaging content, and manage a team of content creators. Responsibilities include crafting editorial strategies, managing content calendars, ensuring consistency in brand voice, and collaborating across teams to align content with marketing objectives. The candidate will focus on driving impactful and measurable results through innovative content solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Content Strategy and Content Development
• Proficiency in Writing and a keen eye for crafting engaging narratives
• Experience in Content Management, including managing teams and workflows
• Editorial skills, including editing, proofreading, and ensuring content quality and alignment with brand voice
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management abilities
• Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and content creation
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in a leadership role within the content or digital marketing fields is a strong advantage
